The client is delivering a major SAP S/4HANA transformation to modernise its finance, procurement, engineering and operational processes. We are seeking an experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead with Coupa experience to lead the P2P stream, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Finance, Inventory, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Plant Maintenance (PM).
Extensive experience of SAP MM and vendor master data is required. Candidates should understand MRP fields, valuation fields, purchasing organisation fields, and warehouse management fields. This is important to help the business collect the correct data, check the data is accurate, and ensure the data supports the business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Procure-to-Pay workstream across SAP S/4HANA and Coupa
- Own end-to-end P2P design and delivery
- Ensure cross-module design alignment across Finance, EWM and PM
- Manage SI partners, consultants and business SMEs
- Oversee P2P integrations, data migration, testing and cutover
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, with a strong understanding of SAP S4/HANA Fiori applications
- Support business stakeholders to bridge the gap between legacy applications and new SAP S4 HANA processes
- Full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation experience with experience in Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance
- Knowledge of SAP PM Module, and the relevant procurement (PTP) integration points of work orders management, spare parts and consumable procurement, asset cost capture, etc.
- Support the definition and set up of Material Master, equipment Bills of material
- E2E SAP PTP Implementation including requirement analysis, Blueprint, System Configuration, Testing, and Post Go-live support
- Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Inbound deliveries, goods receipt processes, inventory valuation
- Procurement linked to work orders, spare parts, asset cost capture
- Strong Coupa implementation and integration experience
