We are seeking an experienced and engaging OTSM Trainer to support the successful delivery of our OTSM programme. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training solutions for a diverse user base of more than 5,000 employees across virtual and on-site locations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving user adoption and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and confidence required to work effectively with new processes and systems. Training interventions will range from user documentation and digital learning resources to instructor-led workshops and hands-on support during critical project milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Training Needs Analysis
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to identify training requirements arising from new processes, system enhancements, or organisational change.
- Assess skill gaps and determine the most effective learning solutions for different user groups.
- Learning Design & Development
- Design comprehensive training curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, user manuals, and digital learning materials.
- Develop engaging learning content tailored to a wide range of business audiences and learning styles.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, quick-reference guides, videos, and other support materials.
- Training Delivery
- Deliver high-quality instructor-led training sessions, workshops, webinars, and system demonstrations.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences that promote engagement and knowledge retention.
- Provide coaching and support to end users throughout the change journey.
- Go-Live & Adoption Support
- Deliver dedicated training support during system rollouts and go-live periods.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for user queries and adoption challenges.
- Work closely with Business Change and Project teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.
- Analyse results and continuously improve learning materials and delivery methods.
- Report on training outcomes and user readiness.
- Learning Management System Administration
- Upload and manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor training completion rates and generate reports for project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate learner records and compliance data.
- Qualifications: Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience delivering training as part of large-scale business transformation or technology projects.
- Proven track record of developing and facilitating training for diverse audiences.
- Technical Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of OTSM and its functionality.
- Experience creating training materials, user guides, and digital learning content.
- Previous experience supporting OTSM implementations or rollouts.
- CPTD, TAP, or other recognised Learning & Development certification.
- Familiarity with the client's training tools, methodologies, and change management processes.
- Experience managing learning content within enterprise Learning Management Systems.
