Testing Engineer responsible for validating mobile network performance and quality across 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, ensuring reliable service delivery and optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, performance, and interoperability testing for mobile networks
- Perform field and lab testing (drive testing, indoor testing)
- Validate KPIs such as throughput, latency, call setup success, and handovers
- Analyse logs and troubleshoot network issues (RAN/Core)
- Support network rollouts, upgrades, and optimisation activities
- Produce test reports and provide actionable insights
Requirements
- Experience in mobile telecom testing (3G/4G/5G)
- Knowledge of RAN and core network concepts
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, Keysight)
