We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in recruitment and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, supportive and rewarding environment, you will be expected and given every opportunity to start building your own client base from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building your own client base.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
- Educated to A level pass standard.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a methodical manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus.
