We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead a large-scale network transformation and migration project for a global retail organization. Working through a leading global consultancy, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing network infrastructure across a complex enterprise environment.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise and service provider networking environments
- Strong experience with routing, switching, WAN, LAN, and network security technologies
- Solid understanding of core networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec, QoS, and TCP/IP
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale network infrastructures
- Knowledge of software‑defined networking technologies, network virtualization, and cloud networking concepts
- Experience integrating enterprise networks with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills in complex production environments
- Familiarity with network monitoring, automation, and performance optimization tools
- Experience supporting network migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure transformation projects
- Understanding of security best practices including segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, and secure connectivity
- Ability to create operational documentation, runbooks, and technical procedures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with customers and cross‑functional teams
