Cisco Project Manager in Leicester

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Cisco CUCM and UCCX upgrade project. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through post-upgrade stabilization, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with minimal business disruption. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful upgrade of the Cisco collaboration environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project plan, schedule, milestones, and deliverables for the CUCM/UCCX upgrade.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, validation, cutover planning, and rollback strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
• Ensure adherence to change management, security, and governance standards.
• Manage post-upgrade activities, including stabilization, issue resolution, and project closeout documentation.

This is a short term contract working fully remotely – must have active Security Clearance
