We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building your own client base, developing and bringing new business onboard.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
Requirements:
- Experienced in managing a full 360 recruitment life cycle, from Client Qualification to Candidate qualification and onboarding.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable Recruitment Skills and Billing record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a methodical manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
