A UK based organisation is seeking a Coupa P2P Consultant to play a key role in a finance transformation initiative. This position will focus on harmonizing Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes across the UK to integrate with SAP Finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead P2P process harmonization across multiple UK entities.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; develop and map future-state processes.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to align on best practices and changes.
- Support the integration of Coupa with SAP Finance.
- Drive change management within finance teams, encouraging adoption of new processes.
- Act as the lead for P2P workstreams, managing project timelines and deliverables.
Key Skills & Experience
- P2P Expertise: Strong knowledge of procurement, requisitioning, and accounts payable processes.
- ERP & Integration Experience: Familiarity with Coupa and SAP Finance.
- Process Design: Proven ability to map, analyse, and optimize finance processes.
- Change Management: Skilled in guiding finance teams through change, with strong stakeholder influencing skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working across finance functions.
