Windows / Linux Engineer

A leading global organisation is seeking a Lab Engineer to provide PC workstation, laptop, and printer hardware support within a pharmaceutical lab environment. This will be an initial 12 month+ contract with the opportunity for multiple extensions. This position will be based on-site in Greater London, UK. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting hardware/software issues for lab systems Configuring, patching, and managing lab PCs, including licenses Business Analysis or Project Management experience is a plus Working with external vendors to resolve system problems Supporting lab instrumentation (e.g., Chromatography Data Systems, Mass Spec, Empower preferred) Managing hardware inventory and decommissioning Required Skills: Experience with Windows 10, Linux, and iOS platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Remedy Service Request Prior experience in a lab or pharmaceutical setting is mandatory Project Management or Business Analyst experience is a plus
