Technical Project Manager – Legal Tech Transfer, GMP, GDP – 100 Remote, UK

A large global organisation is looking for a Technical Project Manager who would be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology transfer activities that intersect with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements.

This will be an initial 6‑12 month+ contract with the opportunity for multiple extensions.

The role can be worked 100% remotely from the UK.

Key Skills / Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology transfer projects for new products, reformulations, line extensions, or manufacturing site changes.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource needs.
• Ensure smooth transfer of technical know-how, specifications, analytical methods, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven and demonstrable experience in legal tech transfers.
• Experience working with legal, IP, or regulatory teams in a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare setting.
• Proven success leading complex cross‑functional technical projects.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GDP and global regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical data and legal/contractual documents.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑visibility projects in a fast‑paced environment.
