SuccessFactors Senior Employee Central Consultant required for a long-term contract in a hybrid working environment supporting a major UK programme.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and strong knowledge of HR business processes.
- Proven experience working closely with clients to identify HR challenges, analyse requirements and deliver effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to guide and support other SuccessFactors consultants.
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Time Off, RCM/ONB, ECP or Compensation and integrations with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data replication to SAP systems preferred.
- Experience delivering in ADM environments with a solid understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation desirable).
