A large global organisation are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to lead design, development, and delivery of customer service and support solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on Salesforce experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide technical teams in delivering scalable Service Cloud implementations.
This will be a full time, permanent position, worked on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week on site in Milton Keynes required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce Service Cloud solution design and implementation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Service Console.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- Drive integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practice guidance.
- Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution.
- Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and platform best practices.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
