Senior Workday Consultant required to join a major enterprise client on a long-term engagement, working 5 days per week on‑site in Manchester or Inverness.
You’ll support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of Workday, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead Workday enhancements and implementation activities.
- Configure, test, validate and document Workday solutions.
- Lead workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Investigate and resolve complex Workday issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests and changes through Service Now.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer.
- Support P1/P2 incidents as part of a shared on‑call rota, if required.
- Workday Modules
Experience across Core HCM, Integrations, Learning, Talent & Performance, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Peakon, Journeys or Extend is highly desirable.
About You
- Mandatory Workday Core HCM certification.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and support junior colleagues.
