Responsibilities include management of candidate and client administration tasks such as preparing, checking and sending candidate contracts. Candidate onboarding including compliance and background checks. Managing client contracts such as Terms of Business, Statements of Work and SLAs. Reviewing complex contractual documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs) and candidate contracts. Ensuring accuracy in client and candidate contract information. Entering and loading client and candidate documents onto the system. Developing and implementing procedures to centralise and streamline contract management processes. Formatting and preparing candidate profiles and CVs. Managing job adverts - creating and uploading to various job boards. Maintaining and updating client and candidate records using a CRM system. Ensuring that all aspects of GDPR are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administration experience within a sales (ideally recruitment) environment.
  • Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office — Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of electronic signature software such as Legalesign and DocuSign.
