Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution
- Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Manage onshore/offshore teams and defect management (JIRA / ADO)
- Design and drive test automation and reporting
- Provide clear stakeholder communication and test assurance
