Our client is an established London-based law firm with offices across multiple regions, looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE.
The role will require the candidate to be able to work independently, and to have experience in some of the following areas:
- Sales and purchases
- Landlord and tenant
- Working for developers
- Drafting options
- s106 agreements
- Joint venture agreements
- Real estate finance
Experience in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial leases along with leases, assignments, and license agreements is required.
The remuneration offered is above market rate. The firm has an excellent working environment with genuine opportunities for career progression.
