As a Principal Engineer, you'll sit at the heart of the engineering leadership community, providing technical direction, influencing strategy and ensuring engineering teams deliver scalable, secure and resilient solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define engineering strategy, architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
- Champion engineering excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, automation and modern software delivery practices.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, AI capabilities and engineering frameworks.
- Partner with senior engineering leaders, architects and stakeholders to influence technical direction.
- Promote Secure-by-Design principles and embed security throughout the software lifecycle.
- Mentor Staff Engineers, Senior Engineers and development teams, helping to grow the next generation of technical leaders.
- Foster an engineering culture built around collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.
