We're looking for an exceptional Principal Engineer (.NET) who combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision. You'll be the technical authority behind large-scale engineering initiatives, driving innovation, modern architecture and engineering excellence across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing

  • Define engineering strategy, architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead the design of large-scale, cloud-native distributed systems.
  • Champion engineering excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, automation and modern software delivery practices.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, AI capabilities and engineering frameworks.
  • Partner with senior engineering leaders, architects and stakeholders to influence technical direction.
  • Lead architectural decisions for high-availability, enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Promote Secure-by-Design principles and embed security throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Introduce observability best practices including monitoring, logging, SLI/SLO and operational excellence.
  • Mentor Staff Engineers, Senior Engineers and development teams, helping to grow the next generation of technical leaders.
  • Foster an engineering culture built around collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Influencing engineering strategy across multiple teams or business domains.
  • Working alongside Engineering Managers, Architects and Technical Leaders.
  • Mentoring engineers at every stage of their careers.
  • Communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
