I am seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join the cyber security team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity governance and access control systems to ensure secure and efficient access to organisational resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across cloud and on-premise environments
- Manage user identities, roles, and access privileges in line with security policies
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning workflows
- Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align IAM strategies
- Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST)
- Document IAM processes, procedures, and technical configurations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Identity & Access Management or related cybersecurity roles
- Strong technical proficiency with: Saviynt EIC, SailPoint or Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft EntraID
Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, Okta Certified)
- Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles
