We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing sales team, supporting clients across the UK and Ireland. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and autonomy, while providing the opportunity to contribute to a global business in the electronic components industry.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of key customers. Act as the primary contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Understand customer needs and develop tailored strategies to meet them.
