This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional recruitment and become a true market specialist, building long-term talent networks across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific while partnering with consultants to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes for our clients. As our Talent Partner, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent across the semiconductor distribution market. Building and maintaining talent pools across multiple geographies. Recruiting at volume across a range of technical, commercial, and leadership roles. Mapping key markets, competitors, and talent landscapes. Proactively sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools. Managing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. Producing talent market insights and competitor intelligence. Creating long-term relationships with industry professionals and future talent. We're interested in speaking with talent professionals who have experience in: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Internal Recruitment. Building talent pipelines rather than simply reacting to vacancies. Managing high-volume recruitment activity while maintaining quality. Sourcing passive candidates and engaging difficult-to-reach talent. Using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques effectively. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with candidates over the long term. Experience recruiting within technology, electronics, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or semiconductor-related sectors. Exposure to EMEA, North American, and APAC hiring markets. Experience supporting both specialist and volume recruitment campaigns. Talent mapping and market research experience.
