We're looking for an experienced WMS Technical Support Lead to take ownership of the Oracle Warehouse Management System within a large-scale enterprise environment. You'll become the technical authority for Oracle WMS, working alongside functional consultants, integration specialists and business stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to perform at the highest level while supporting future enhancements and innovation. As the WMS Technical Support Lead, you'll be responsible for the ongoing support, configuration and enhancement of Oracle WMS, ensuring critical warehouse operations remain available and efficient:
- Leading support for Oracle WMS within a complex enterprise environment.
- Managing incidents, problems, changes and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
- Delivering configuration changes and technical enhancements across Oracle WMS.
- Supporting application releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
