We are recruiting for a Head of Sales for the Education sector, in particular, Universities and Colleges. The aim is to deliver growth across all regions of the UK and Ireland by developing relationships and sector knowledge to gain an increased market share.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to & deliver the Go To Market approach plan and best in class Execution within the education sector.
- Drive existing company Strategies i.e Efficiency / Carbon / Circular Economy / Student Wellness etc whilst gaining a full understanding of competitors positioning in sector to create a winning formula.
- Build and maintain a balanced mix of account types with UK and Ireland based University/College centric activities.
- Assist and educate as necessary existing favoured networks i.e Architects - Consultants – Contractors – Cost Consultants on a client by client basis.
- Kick start University and College Influencer Strategy to gain traction across the country, develop client insight & improve strength of specification as well as D&B Contractor support.
- Assist clients in writing specifications as required and design (and quote) appropriate systems – taking information from project drawings and specifications.
