What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent across the semiconductor distribution market.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools across multiple geographies.
  • Developing candidate pipelines for current and future client requirements.
  • Recruiting at volume across a range of technical, commercial, and leadership roles.
  • Mapping key markets, competitors, and talent landscapes.
  • Proactively sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools.
  • Conducting candidate qualification and screening interviews.
  • Managing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Supporting consultants with retained and contingent search assignments.
  • Producing talent market insights and competitor intelligence.
  • Creating long-term relationships with industry professionals and future talent.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Internal Recruitment.
  • Building talent pipelines rather than simply reacting to vacancies.
  • Recruiting across multiple countries and international markets.
  • Managing high-volume recruitment activity while maintaining quality.
  • Sourcing passive candidates and engaging difficult-to-reach talent.
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques effectively.

You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with candidates over the long term.

Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable

  • Experience recruiting within technology, electronics, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or semiconductor-related sectors.
  • Exposure to EMEA, North American, and APAC hiring markets.
  • Experience supporting both specialist and volume recruitment campaigns.
