About the Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll ensure freight is delivered safely and on time. You’ll be a key part of our operation, helping maintain our strong reputation for reliability and customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Drive 44-tonne articulated vehicles safely
- Deliver goods on time across multiple locations
- Carry out pre-trip vehicle checks
- Keep accurate delivery and maintenance records
- Follow road laws and company policies
- Communicate with logistics teams and clients
- Provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Valid C+E (Class 1) licence (max 6 points, no DD/DR/IN)
- Driver CPC / DQC card (valid, no suspension)
- Good understanding of tachograph & driver hours rules
- Minimum 12 months UK driving experience (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
- Basic English for safety communication
- Strong commitment to safety standards
