Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, our sustainable tourism client seeks a commercially focused individual to join them as a Group Revenue Manager, on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid flexibility with 2-3 days at home per week.
This job would suit a data-driven revenue specialist to be responsible for leading pricing and revenue strategies across a growing portfolio of holiday parks, using systems, insight, and collaboration to drive performance and support long-term commercial goals.

The successful individual will have strong experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analysis, with a high level of Excel proficiency and comfort working with revenue management tools and booking systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive, insight-led mindset.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies across all holiday park sites
- Manage revenue management tools and ensure consistent rate loading and availability across platforms
- Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and insight to senior leadership
- Maintain system data integrity and support alignment of pricing and inventory across the business
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing decisions
- Collaborate with park teams to ensure local alignment and effective implementation
- Support training of park teams on revenue systems and processes
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional activity from a pricing perspective
- Champion a data-led approach across the revenue and commercial function
- Continuously review and improve systems and processes to support revenue outcomes
- Communicate revenue performance clearly across the wider organisation
