This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation at an exciting stage of its growth, where you will lead the finance function while becoming a key member of the senior leadership team.
As the business continues to invest in its people, systems and processes, you will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of finance, influence commercial decision making and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.
This job would suit an experienced finance all-rounder with both strong technical accounting expertise, good stakeholder management for budgeting and forecasting, and strong leadership experience to be responsible for leading the day-to-day finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and financial controls.
The role will also drive process improvements, develop the function and provide commercial insight to support business decisions and future growth.
