Job Description

Based in London, our hospitality client seeks a commercially focused individual to join them as a Revenue Manager, on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid working, with 3 days required in the office per week. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

This job would suit an experienced Revenue Manager with a strong understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, and hotel performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a hotel revenue management role (either luxury standalone or cluster) and be confident managing a revenue function independently, while supported by the wider commercial team.

This UK-based hospitality business operates within the premium hotel sector, delivering consistent growth and an expanding portfolio across key urban locations. With a group turnover in the multi-million pound range, the business continues to invest in innovation and revenue systems to ensure they remain a leader in a competitive market.

The successful individual will have a degree in business, hotel management or a related field, with strong knowledge of the London market and hotel commercial strategy. Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to handle large datasets, build automated models, and use complex formulas such as INDEX-MATCH and array functions. The candidate should also demonstrate a solid understanding of budgeting, pricing, forecasting, benchmarking, and sales strategy, alongside familiarity with Meeting & Events revenue and evaluating group strategy. Experience with systems such as Duetto, Opera, and SAP is also required.

Job responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the hotel’s revenue strategy to maximise RevPAR and EBITDA
  • Lead pricing decisions and manage segment strategies using tools like Duetto
  • Analyse performance and trends across market segments, room types, and booking channels
  • Oversee group pricing, event quotations, and rate strategy across the portfolio
  • Monitor daily pick-up reports and adjust tactics accordingly
  • Lead the forecasting process and contribute to annual budgeting and reforecasting
  • Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, and marketing to align strategies and performance
  • Participate in department-level P&L reviews and drive financial optimisation
  • Use analytical tools to evaluate performance and recommend tactical changes

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Revenue Manager looking to influence strategy within a growing hotel business, with excellent prospects for career development.
