Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience β€” talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Based in London, our global client is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working full-time 5 days per week in the office.This job would suit someone with at least 1-2 years\’ experience in hospitality revenue management to be responsible for reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Strategy and working closely with the General Manager, Sales and Reservation teams of the cluster you are looking after.This dynamic and leading global lifestyle accommodation brand across European capitals and is now making its way across the pond in the biggest American cities including New York and Miami.The successful individual will have at least 1-2 years\’ multi-property experience within a revenue management team with good knowledge of the hospitality industry. They will be technically proficient with the full range of hospitality systems; e.g. Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers and Microsoft Office product. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.Job Responsibilities: Analyse trends in data to develop winning revenue management strategies and outperform your competitive setMaximise total revenue of the property through business mix optimisation and rate manipulationProvide ongoing insight about revenue performance of your cluster to all stakeholdersForecast demand per market segment for your cluster and provide supporting commentary to the managementProduce annual budgets per segment; participate in the process of delivering the annual sales & marketing planManage the overbooking strategies for your cluster to maximise occupancy levelsMonitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and the accuracy of the reporting solutionLiaise with your colleagues from e-commerce, distribution and marketing to drive additional businessBe commercially savvy in exploring new distribution channels and technology partnersTake the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditionsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a revenue manager that would like to join a complex, fast-growing business who will invest in your development and career progression.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Strategy/Planning and AnalystIndustries Hospitality
