We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner / Qualified Joiner, with machining experience being a strong advantage, to join our growing team. About the Role
You will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, and installation of bespoke joinery items, working from technical drawings and specifications. The role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and pride in producing work of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture bespoke joinery items to a high standard in a workshop environment
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Carry out fitting and installation of joinery pieces on-site when required
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently (machining experience is highly desirable)
- Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials
- Ensure all finished products meet quality and finish standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
