We are currently seeking both an experienced Bench Joiner with machining skills and a motivated Apprentice Joiner to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a craftsman who takes pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery and delivering exceptional results for a wide range of clients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, and installation of bespoke joinery items, working from technical drawings and specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and pride in producing work of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture bespoke joinery items to a high standard in a workshop environment
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
  • Carry out fitting and installation of joinery pieces on-site when required
  • Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently (machining experience is highly desirable)
  • Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
