Are you a PMO Analyst who thrives on bringing structure, organisation, and clarity to fast-paced delivery programmes? A major organisation is looking for someone to support the successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across the UK, working alongside a Senior Project Manager on a portfolio of high-profile site developments and operational change initiatives. This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping projects on track through strong planning, financial tracking, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day project support.

Your mission:

  • Support the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across geographically dispersed locations
  • Drive project administration activities including meeting management, action tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Track project spend, maintain financial oversight, and support budget management activities
  • Draft and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are accurately captured
  • Build clear, concise updates and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Coordinate actions across Operations, HR, IT, Facilities, and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery
  • Maintain governance activities, ensuring actions, risks, issues, and decisions are tracked and progressed
  • Provide on-site support when required, helping to troubleshoot issues and maintain project momentum

Who we're looking for:

  • A highly organised PMO Analyst with strong project coordination and delivery support experience
  • Someone who can build effective relationships quickly across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
  • A confident communicator, capable of delivering clear updates both verbally and in writing
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, operational, facilities, or business change projects is advantageous
  • Comfortable managing actions, budgets, plans, reporting, and governance across several concurrent workstreams
  • Proficient with project and collaboration tools including M365, Jira, Confluence, and related platforms
  • Front-line operational experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Able to work independently while supporting a busy Senior Project Manager in a fast-moving environment
