Person: Experienced Programme Manager specialising in large-scale technology integration for mergers and acquisitions. Recognised for delivering seamless transitions, strategic outcomes, and operational efficiency across complex organisational landscapes. You will bring a pragmatic, hands-on delivery mindset with sharp stakeholder management skills and be able to deliver at scale and pace.
Day-to-day AND Key Projects You will Lead:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams, you will play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our technology estate across infrastructure, applications, operations, and security.
Initial projects to be delivered include:
- Technology Debt remediation and Operational Resilience uplift
- IT Operations Management (IToM) enhancements
- Data Centre lift and shift
- Application transformation and consolidation
- Cyber security uplift and control alignment
- Operations Technology synergies across merged entities
