The Opportunity
We’re hiring on behalf of a trailblazing company currently undergoing a full re-architecture of its core platform—technology that underpins real-time facial recognition and cutting-edge, AI-powered security solutions.
As a key member of their collaborative full-stack team, you’ll be instrumental in modernising the system and helping to shape its future. You’ll work across a modern stack that includes Golang, .Net, React, TypeScript, and Kafka (with full training provided where needed).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and refining scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Modernising critical verification systems as part of a major transformation journey.
- Writing clean, efficient code and contributing to technical best practices.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Test Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Playing a hands-on role in planning, problem-solving, and roadmapping the platform’s evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in .Net, React, or TypeScript, with a passion for full-stack development.
- Open to learning Golang and working with an evolving tech landscape.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- A strong communicator with solid problem-solving abilities.
The Package
- A competitive salary aligned with market standards (shared on request).
- Hybrid working setup: typically 2 days per week from the Stoke-based HQ.
