Senior Software Engineer

I’m partnering with an ambitious sports gaming platform building the next generation of real-time experiences.

They’re on a mission to create a high-performance, globally scalable platform delivering live, low-latency interactions at serious scale. It’s a small, high-impact team building meaningful tech from the ground up.

About You:

• 5+ years building modern web applications
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Passionate about performance, TDD, CI/CD and DevOps culture
• Collaborative, analytical, calm under pressure
• Comfortable pairing, sharing knowledge, and raising the engineering bar

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the CTO to architect and scale real-time systems
• Build products capable of supporting tens of thousands of concurrent users
• Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines
• Write high-quality, testable code and conduct load testing at scale
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution and developer experience improvements
