Contract Opportunity: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days a week onsite)

Contract Length: 5 months | Start Date: May 1st

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a growing digital team at a pivotal point in their CRM journey.

The mission?

Drive forward platform excellence, own Salesforce best practices, and help shape scalable solutions across Sales & Service Cloud. You’ll be hands-on, influential, and a key voice in the CRM roadmap.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with Product Managers and BAs to turn business challenges into CRM solutions that just work.
• Leading discussions and decisions as Chair of the Salesforce Architectural Design Authority (ADA).
• Keeping the Salesforce platform running smoothly – managing users, building reports and dashboards, automating processes, and owning platform hygiene.
• Supporting and mentoring fellow Salesforce Admins – helping build a knowledge-sharing culture.
• Being proactive in identifying system improvements and contributing to new feature planning.
• Documenting everything from config to user guidance to ensure clarity across the team.
• Driving standards through the definition and ownership of the Salesforce Reference Architecture.
• Getting hands-on with config: flows, reports, custom fields/objects, validation rules, page layouts, and more.
• Delivering BAU support – resolving tickets, supporting users, and ensuring issues are closed out quickly and effectively.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure priorities align and delivery is on track.

What you’ll bring:

• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce – particularly Sales & Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Admin certified (essential). Service Cloud cert = a bonus!
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or similar tools – and have the curiosity to learn more.
• Confidence with Salesforce Lightning and designing scalable CRM solutions.
• Clear communicator with top-notch organisation skills – you keep multiple plates spinning with ease.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
