We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact data migration project, consolidating data from multiple platforms into a single source of truth. This is a critical programme for the business, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of a complex multi-platform data migration programme, consolidating onto Databricks.
  • Put the right governance and controls in place – from RAID logs to steering group visibility – to ensure risks are identified and actively managed.
  • Work closely with data, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery with clear milestones, escalation paths, and reporting.
  • Ensure the solution supports scalable, accurate, and trusted data access across the business.
  • Embed business process change where needed to support adoption and long-term success.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering data migration programmes, ideally involving Databricks or cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
  • A track record of driving delivery in complex stakeholder environments – you bring structure and focus where others get stuck.
  • Strong skills in governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, surfacing issues early, and keeping delivery on track.
  • Experience with legacy data warehouse platforms and business process change is a big plus.

Further role details:

  • Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
  • Start Date: ASAP (Available to start by July 1st)
  • Rate: £550 per day (inside IR35)
