Salesforce Engineer | Fast-Growth FinTech | London Hybrid
We’re partnering with a fast-growing company that’s scaling at pace and investing heavily in its core platforms. To keep that growth on track, they’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer who’s ready to take real ownership of business-critical systems. This isn’t just admin. It’s hands-on, high-impact platform ownership.
Responsibilities
- Be the key contact for all things CRM and integrations, ensuring platforms run smoothly, issues are solved fast, and new features are rolled out with confidence.
- Maintain and optimise the company’s core platforms, including Salesforce, Mambu, and the integration layer.
- Act as the technical go-to for platform-related issues: investigating, resolving, and proactively preventing incidents.
- Monitor system performance and keep business-critical services stable and reliable.
- Work cross-functionally to support new feature deployments, API-driven workflows, and Salesforce customisations.
- Get hands-on with Apex where needed to keep Salesforce sharp and scalable.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and the long-term evolution of the platform stack.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in IT support, platform ops, or application engineering in banking/fintech.
- 3+ years Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud preferred) with 1+ year Apex development; REST API experience is a plus.
- Skilled in Salesforce systems (e.g., nCino), admin config, and basic Apex.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms (Mambu a plus).
- Experience in regulated, change-controlled environments.
- Familiar with data, QA/testing, Jira/Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills; team player.
