Here at MRJ, we're building a specialist recruitment business recognised for powering the future with AI, automation, engineering and GTM talent across scaling workforce technology, commerce and logistics companies. We have a clear vision and plan and as part of our next stage of growth, we're looking to hire a Recruitment Sales Manager as we create two specialist 360 recruitment pods focused on Technology and GTM (Go-To-Market).

Working directly with our Founder, Jody Marks, this is an opportunity to build something, helping shape the future structure of the business while leading, coaching and growing a high-performing team.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and leading our growth teams. You'll inherit a warm market, established client relationships and a clear growth strategy, whilst helping recruit and develop the next generation of consultants.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build & Scale Recruitment Pods
  • Lead the development of our Tech and GTM specialist teams
  • Support hiring plans across Principals, Senior Consultants and Delivery Consultants
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
  • Drive Revenue Growth
  • Continue billing whilst leading from the front
  • Develop strategic client relationships
  • Expand existing accounts and create new opportunities
  • Forecast team performance and revenue delivery
  • Mentor consultants at varying levels of experience
  • Drive standards, consistency and best practice
  • Shape the Business
  • Work closely with the Founder on business strategy
  • Contribute to market expansion plans
  • Help define what MRJ looks like over the next 3 years
