We’re now hiring a Delivery Consultant to help us deliver best-in-class candidates across permanent and contract technology roles for a number of our clients. This is a key delivery focused position. You won’t be expected to win business, this is about delivery excellence, where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to:
- Deliver high-quality shortlists for permanent and contract roles
- Build deep talent pools across Software Engineering and Product Management
- Manage multiple roles at once with pace and quality
- Build long-term candidate relationships
Proven experience in tech recruitment delivery
Strong experience recruiting into Software Engineering and/or Product roles
Experience working permanent and/or contract markets
Exposure to ecommerce, retail, logistics or digital brands
High standards around candidate quality and process
This is consultative, high-trust delivery. We’re building something ambitious, and want delivery talent who take pride in their craft.
