This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced Principals and Senior Consultants whilst helping some of the world's most exciting businesses hire exceptional talent.
The Opportunity
As a Delivery Consultant, you\'ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging and securing top talent across our specialist markets, working closely with our Tech and GTM teams, supporting a range of retained and contingent assignments across.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, speaking to candidates and becoming a market expert.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Candidate Delivery
- Source and identify high-calibre candidates
- Build talent pipelines for key clients
Market Mapping
- Build talent pools within specialist markets
- Map competitor businesses and hiring trends
- Support strategic search assignments
Relationship Building
- Develop long-term candidate networks
- Become a trusted advisor within your market
- Build credibility with senior professionals
- Work alongside Principals and Senior Consultants
- Support live assignments across multiple clients
- Contribute to team targets and delivery performance
