As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for a Flutter Developer to join our award-winning team within our Onboarding & Customer Portal Team. This is the heartbeat of our user journey, the very first touchpoint for every new member of our community and the hub they return to daily.
What’s the role and what will you do?
- You will be responsible for crafting a world-class mobile experience that makes "joining us" as seamless as "using us." Working at the intersection of high-fidelity UI and complex backend integration, you will ensure that whether a user is in London, Sydney, or New York, their first experience with our platform is flawless.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Scale the Experience: Develop and maintain high-performance mobile features using Flutter for a global audience of millions.
- Master the Onboarding Journey: Build, test, and optimize the customer portal and onboarding flows, ensuring a frictionless transition from "curious visitor" to "active user."
- Cross-Platform Excellence: Ensure our codebase delivers a consistent, high-quality experience across both iOS and Android.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work in a high-performing squad alongside designers and product managers to turn complex onboarding requirements into simple, elegant code.
- Quality at Speed: Participate in a "multi-award-winning" engineering culture that prizes clean code, automated testing, and rapid deployment.
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Applications Developer, with a real passion for building amazing customer experiences and who can offer the following:
