We're working with a technology-led organisation that is continuing to invest in its engineering teams and proprietary platforms. Due to growth, they're looking for a Graduate or Junior C++ Developer to join a collaborative development team working on customer-facing applications and innovative technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer looking to build their expertise in modern C++ development while gaining exposure to real-world software engineering practices.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and enhancing customer-facing applications using C++
- Working on user interfaces, business logic and hardware integrations
- Collaborating with experienced engineers in an Agile environment
- Learning and applying best practices across testing, CI/CD and software quality
- Contributing to technical discussions, feature development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building your knowledge of modern software architecture and development methodologies
What we're looking for:
- Experience with C++20 or later through a degree, final-year project, placement or commercial experience
- Passion for software development and technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and coding best practices
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Nice to have:
- Qt / QML experience
- Knowledge of networking technologies
