MRJ have partnered exclusively with a hyper growth SaaS company embarking on an exciting new AI first journey. We're working with the CTO to spin out a new 'AI first' team from scratch (Product Manager, Engineers, QA) focussed on building and launching high-impact and groundbreaking AI products & features that will a) take the company to new levels and b) take the market by storm.
As the Product Manager, you’ll take the lead on this super exciting & innovative journey, influencing from day one and helping define the future of our AI product suite.
Day-to-day you will:
- Build in an innovation focused spin-out with the backing of a successful SaaS leader
- Take products from zero to one, from idea, to MVP, to scalable product
- Shape and deliver our AI platform strategy, working closely with engineering and design
- Own product vision, roadmap and execution from discovery to launch
- Lead rapid experimentation to validate product-market fit
- Influence go-to-market strategy and scaling decisions
An experienced Product Manager, you’ll offer a track record / portfolio of expertise, building 0→1 products in startups or fast-growth environments. Leading from the front, driving innovation, experimentation and working at pace are all part of your DNA!
It is expected that you will offer:
- Experience working with small, high-performing teams in lean/agile setups
- An interest in AI and understanding the art of the possible
- Passion for innovation, pace, and outcomes over process
- Ability to balance big-picture vision with executional detail
