Job Description
We’re working with a leading product-led e-commerce company that’s redefining how people connect and celebrate life’s moments, big and small.
Millions of users. Global reach. A platform that blends smart tech with real personal touches. And a culture that backs its people every step of the way.
They’re now hiring an Integrations Specialist on a 9-month fixed-term contract. If you love guiding partners through technical onboarding, problem-solving, and seeing things go live without a hitch, this could be for you.
Hybrid – 2 days per week in the London office (must be based in the UK) | 9-month FTC | Up to £50k + perks | ASAP start
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the link between new partners and the tech teams that make everything tick. Day to day, you’ll:
- Plan and run integration projects end-to-end from first scoping call to launch.
- Help partners choose the best way to connect their systems with the platform.
- Maintain two way communication between all parties, ensuring partners are updates, questions are unblocked, and roadblocks are cleared.
- Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Commercial to keep things moving and solve any technical snags.
- Double-check everything’s working as it should, from data feeds to booking flows.
- Organise the smooth rollout of launch days, testing, signing off, and making sure partners feel supported.
- Log what’s working, share lessons learned, and help improve how onboarding runs next time.
Who this would suit:
- You’ve delivered integration or onboarding projects for external partners, ideally in online marketplaces, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- You understand how modern system connections work – APIs, Webhooks, iFrames, SFTP, or you’re keen to learn.
- You’re confident keeping projects organised and on time, even when a few are on the go at once.
- You’re good at turning technical detail into clear, practical actions, for partners and for internal teams.
- You’re naturally structured, clear with your communication, and you follow through.
- Any hands-on experience with booking platforms, inventory systems, or availability feeds is a plus.
- Comfortable with project tools like Jira, Salesforce, or DevOps? Even better.
Being at the core of the brand's long-term growth strategy, you'll have so many opportunities to create your unique mark – If you're ready to make a significant impact on a high-growth company and shape the future of product development, we encourage you to apply.
