We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join a growing customer engagement team working for a business you’ve no doubt heard of! This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience who enjoys building engaging customer journeys and delivering personalised communications across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging. You’ll work closely with CRM, Marketing, Creative and Product teams to support campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging
- Support campaign planning, briefing, scheduling and QA processes
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging customer communications
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations for optimisation
Requirements
- 12 months+ experience within a CRM or lifecycle marketing role
- Experience building and delivering customer engagement campaigns
- Understanding of segmentation, customer journeys and automation
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo or Dotdigital
