Now, as they gear up for major growth in 2025 and beyond, they’re searching for a visionary eCommerce Director to lead the charge across digital performance and trading.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own digital revenue and profit performance, leading the full trading and optimisation strategy for the website.
- Manage and integrate ecommerce, commercial planning, and performance marketing functions.
- Drive key site initiatives and oversee platform developments to support growth and scalability.
- Lead international ecommerce expansion and localised experiences across global domains.
- Take charge of all site merchandising and ensure that content, layout and journeys convert traffic into sales.
- Use insight-driven experimentation and CRO strategies to continuously improve performance KPIs.
- Partner with digital agencies to identify new opportunities across all acquisition channels.
- Deliver ecommerce trading calendars and campaigns aligned with key commercial milestones.
- Be the central point of contact for ecommerce and marketing performance—internally and externally.
