- Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and customers.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and technology suppliers, ensuring accountability and delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally supportable.
- Facilitate effective decision-making across multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities and managing delivery risks.
- Champion strong delivery practices, continuous improvement, and effective programme governance. Person Requirements

- Strong track record delivering platform migrations, or enterprise technology modernisation initiatives.
- Experience leading large-scale data migration programmes, system cutovers, and transitions from legacy platforms to modern technology solutions.
- Exposure to cloud transformation programmes, including migrations to Azure-based platforms and cloud-native environments.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, systems integrators, and external delivery partners.
- Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to operate effectively across both technical and business teams, translating complex delivery challenges into clear actions and outcomes.
