We’re looking for a Senior Automation Developer who can move past basic task-automation and help us engineer a flawless ecosystem of connected business systems and client onboarding flows.
The Mission
- Ecosystem Engineering: Build resilient automation pipelines connecting our core software platform with major enterprise ERPs, payroll giants, and HR tech stacks.
- Onboarding at Scale: Design smart migration solutions that automate the ingestion and cleanup of massive client datasets, turning a week-long onboarding bottleneck into a friction-free process.
- Architecture Ownership: Define our automation best practices, error-handling frameworks, and code standards from scratch.
The Tech Stack & Mindset
- The Core Engines: Deep experience across Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- The Developer DNA: Experience interacting with REST/SOAP APIs, navigating SQL databases, and ideally writing scripts (Python, C#, or .NET) when standard UI tools hit their limit.
