We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting B2B engagement brands to find proactive, commercially-aware Business Analysts (both mid and senior) to help shape products that genuinely move the needle. If you enjoy solving real business problems, connecting technical and non-technical teams, and working in an environment where everyone pulls in the same direction – this one’s for you.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather operational and future-facing requirements, then prioritising them based on business goals.
  • Leading sessions to define and refine requirements.
  • Using team velocity to forecast business outcomes and shape actionable user stories.
  • Taking full ownership of the product backlog from day one.
  • Ensuring proposed solutions align closely with business objectives.
  • Working with delivery teams to define and implement the product and its supporting processes in a timely, cost-effective way.
  • Building a clear, end-to-end understanding of business processes to enhance the full client journey.
  • Becoming a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders by fostering strong working relationships.
  • Gaining a solid grasp of current platforms to help solve business challenges and drive improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working within cross-functional, agile teams.
  • A continuous improvement (incremental) mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing projects and working with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.
  • A big-picture thinker who approaches challenges holistically.
